The community health center needed multiple Licensed Independent Social Workers(LISWs) to support trauma-informed therapy for underserved populations. The ideal candidates required cultural competency, multilingual ability, and grant compliance documentation. Several attempts with other staffing agencies failed to produce viable candidates, causing service delays.
