Treatment Director in Fort Wayne, IN

‍Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing divisional team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Provide clinical supervision and oversight in line with the organization's clinical supervision model
• Supervise treatment plan development and reviews for youth in placement
• Directly participate in crisis intervention and rule violation investigations
• Set, manage, and achieve the division's financial budget in partnership with the Executive Director and finance team
• Conduct divisional treatment team meetings and ensure quality, business, and clinical goals are met
• Review and approve certifications and re-certifications for treatment foster homes
• Ensure youth, foster parent, and client files remain in compliance; establish a routine file audit schedule
• Visit foster homes and referral sources according to policy

Qualifications‍

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, sociology, child & family studies, or a related human services field
• LCSW / LPCC / LMHC / LMFT required
• 3+ years of experience in social services, including 1 year in a supervisory/administrative role and 2 years in direct care
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance to meet travel requirements (may include transporting youth)
• Strong clinical, supervisory, and communication skills
