Treatment Director Job in Fort Collins, CO

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and clinical oversight for youth in placement
• Oversee intake and placement process, coordinating with Case Coordinators, Clinical Therapists, and Family Development Specialists
• Participate in rule violation investigations and placement preservation meetings
• Review and approve treatment foster home certifications and re-certifications
• Ensure youth, foster parent, and client files remain in compliance; conduct routine file audits
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing divisional team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Supervise treatment plan development and reviews; conduct division treatment team meetings
• Develop and manage the division's annual operating budget

Qualifications‍

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, sociology, child & family studies, or related human services field
• LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or LPCC required
• Three years of experience in social services, including one year in a supervisory/administrative capacity and two years in direct care
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance coverage
