Therapist Job in Dayton, Ohio

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couple, and family assessment and diagnostic sessions
• Provide referral, short-term counseling, and crisis intervention services
• Review and evaluate client progress, maintaining confidential records and required reporting
• Consult with administrators and support quality assurance, program development, and outreach efforts
• Participate in on-call rotation to help meet 24/7 emergency service needs for children in group home placements

Qualifications‍

• Master's degree required
• 3–5 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Current Ohio license as LPC, LPCC, LISW, IMFT, MFT, or Psychologist
• Must pass BCII and/or FBI criminal background check
• Must pass SACWIS Alleged Perpetrator Search
• Must pass Sex Offender Search
