About the Role

New Heritage Recruiters is seeking a a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with early intervention experience to join a family-owned agency providing SLP, OT, PT, and Special Instruction throughout Philadelphia County. You will work with a minimum of 20 children ages birth through five at preschools and early learning centers across Philadelphia, or at an office.

Pay rate: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time

Responsibilities

Provide direct speech and language therapy to children ages birth through five
Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding progress and strategies
Collaborate with classroom teachers on intervention approaches
Communicate with service coordinators and members of the transdisciplinary team
Write individualized goals for IFSPs and IEPs
Document sessions and manage caseloads using a user-friendly software system

Qualifications‍

Master's degree from an ASHA accredited university
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania
Experience in early intervention strongly preferred
Passion for working with young children and families in a collaborative team environment

What We Offer

$75.00 to $90.00 per hour based on experience
Flexible part-time or full-time schedule
Independent contractor (1099) arrangement
