About the Role

New Heritage Recruiters is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time opportunities in Cleveland, OH. Join our Residential Facility team where you'll provide high-quality, hands-on care in a safe and supportive environment dedicated to the well-being of children and youth.

  • Location: Cleveland, OH
  • Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Pay rate: $33.32 – $37.19/hr + $2/hr night shift premium (7 PM – 7 AM)
  • Schedule:  Day, Evening, or Night shifts available
    • Week 1: 3×12-hour shifts | Week 2: 4×12-hour shifts

Responsibilities

    • Conduct health assessments, well-child care, and medical interventions as needed
    • Manage medication supervision, dispensing, and client/caregiver education including side effect monitoring
    • Maintain accurate medical, dental, and immunization records
    • Schedule appointments, coordinate transportation, and order medications/supplies
    • Serve as a health resource and provide health education to residents and staff
    • Train staff on universal precautions, communicable diseases, and medication administration
    • Attend treatment team meetings to coordinate integrated care

    Qualifications‍

    • Active, unencumbered RN license in Ohio (Licensed by the State of Ohio Nursing Board)
    • Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric and/or public health nursing
    • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered
