Regional Practice Manager – Behavioral Health | Norwood & Dayton, OH

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, schedule, and manage 12+ NPs, therapists, and primary care staff across both sites
• Drive billing, collections, and KPI tracking (clean claim rates, A/R aging) as the primary liaison to the billing team
• Enforce documentation compliance across all disciplines and both locations
• Oversee in-person IOP and integrated primary care clinics at both facilities
• Maintain OhioMHAS and CARF compliance across all audits, reporting, and credentialing

Qualifications‍

• Experience in a community mental health setting required
• Hands-on billing experience with CPT codes, prior authorizations, and Medicaid/Managed Care — required
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-specialty clinical teams; multi-site experience strongly preferred
• No specific degree or certification required — experience is what matters most
