About the Role

New Heritage Recruiters is seeking Primary Care Physicians (MD/DO) for immediate full-time openings at multiple locations across Ohio. We are actively looking to fill these roles immediately.

  • Toledo, OH
  • Columbus, OH
  • Dayton, OH

Details:

  • Position: Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) — Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: Up to $240,000 annually (up to $280,000 for Toledo location)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
  • Schedule: Standard clinic hours with one Saturday morning/month and select evenings per week

Responsibilities

    • Perform physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies including controlled substances
    • Educate patients on primary care issues, HIV disease, and medication adherence
    • Provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop coordinated treatment plans
    • Assist in developing clinic policies, protocols, and quality improvement standards
    • Build relationships with community providers, referral sources, and hospital partners
    • Act as a collaborating physician for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) on staff
    • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and positive regard to all patients and staff

    • Qualifications‍

    • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited university
    • Completion of an accredited residency program
    • Active and unrestricted Ohio medical license
    • Federal DEA license
    • Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
    • Ability to be credentialed and privileged by the Board
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Epic experience preferred
    • Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
