Primary Care PA/NP Job in Sacramento, CA

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across all age groups, from infants to geriatric patients
• Diagnose, treat, and develop care plans, including prescribing medications as needed
• Deliver care within an organization accredited by the Joint Commission for Ambulatory Care and Behavioral Health, and certified as both a Primary Care Medical Home and a Behavioral Health Home

Qualifications‍

• Current CA license (PA or NP); NPs must hold Board Certification
• One year of Primary Care experience post-graduation
