About the Role

New Heritage Recruiters is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist with early intervention experience to join a family-owned, multidisciplinary agency serving children ages 3–5 across Philadelphia, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties.

Location: Philadelphia, Delaware & Montgomery Counties, PA
Position: Occupational Therapist
Pay: $75–$85/hr (based on experience & specialty certifications)
Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Schedule: Full-time or part-time available
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM | No weekends
Caseload: 10+ children, ages 3–5

Responsibilities

Provide direct therapy to children ages 3–5
Communicate with parents, caregivers, and classroom teachers
Collaborate with service coordinators and transdisciplinary team members
Write individualized IEP goals
Document sessions and manage caseloads using a user-friendly software system

‍

Qualifications‍

CPR Certification (training available upon hire)
High school diploma or equivalent
Successful completion of an accredited dental hygienist program
Current Registered Dental Hygienist with State of Ohio licensure
CPR Certification (training available upon hire
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and problem-solve
Computer proficiency — scheduling, dental records, digital x-rays
Experience or interest in caring for diverse patient populations
Written and oral bilingual fluency strongly preferred (e.g., English/Spanish or English/Polish)
