About the Role

Join our partners in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania , as a Mental Health Worker for a 24/7 residential treatment program serving children. This temp-to-permanent opportunity requires shift commitment and experience working with behavioral or emotionally challenged youth. This role is ideal for individuals pursuing careers in behavioral health, psychology, social work, or counseling.

Full-time and Part-Time
Pay rate: $17.49-$20.00 hr
Schedule: Multiple Shift Options (Afternoons, Evenings, Weekends)
Location: Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

Provide direct care and supervision
Implement crisis management techniques
Write progress notes and incident reports
Support treatment plan goals
Maintain safety and structure

Qualifications‍

High School Diploma or GED Required; Bachelor's preferred
Minimum of one (1) year of related experience required
Must be at least 21 years of age
Reliable transportation
