About the Role

New Heritage Recruiters is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time opportunities in Cleveland, OH. Join our Residential Facility team where you'll provide high-quality, hands-on care in a safe and supportive environment dedicated to the well-being of children and youth.

  • Location: Cleveland, OH
  • Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Pay rate: $25.71 – $28.39/hr + $2/hr night shift premium (7 PM – 7 AM)
  • Schedule:  Day, Evening, or Night shifts available
    • Week 1: 3×12-hour shifts | Week 2: 4×12-hour shifts

Responsibilities

    • Conduct health assessments and provide well-child care
    • Manage medication supervision, dispensing, and client/caregiver education
    • Respond to physician orders and administer first aid as needed
    • Maintain accurate medical, dental, and immunization records
    • Schedule appointments and coordinate transportation
    • Serve as a health resource for residents and staff
    • Train staff on universal precautions and medication administration
    • Participate in treatment team meetings to coordinate integrated care

    Qualifications‍

    • Active, unencumbered LPN license in Ohio
    • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in behavioral or mental health; pediatric experience preferred
    • CPR certification required
    • Non-violent crisis intervention training (required within 60 days of hire)
    • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered
