About the Role

New Heritage Recruiters is seeking a licensed and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)for an Adult Day Care program in Trotwood, OH. In this role, you'll conduct health assessments, coordinate care, monitor medications, train staff, and support the day-to-day health needs of adult program participants — all in a weekday-only, no evenings or weekends schedule.

Location: Trotwood, Ohio
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse
Pay: $24-$28/hr
Type: Full-time | 1099 Contracgt
Mon–Fri | 8am–4pm | No evenings or weekends

Responsibilities

Provide first aid treatment and determine when physician referrals or emergency services are needed
Monitor medications and administer treatments per physician orders
Conduct staff trainings including First Aid and CPR; assist with health and wellness education for participants
Collaborate with management on health, safety, and Workers' Compensation procedures and documentation
Maintain clinical documentation, accident reports, illness logs, and CACFP compliance records
Participate in case conferences and rehabilitation planning discussions

Qualifications‍

Active LPN license in the state of Ohio; graduate of an accredited nursing program
Minimum 2 years of LPN experience in a professional healthcare setting
Familiarity with Workers' Compensation laws and adult health assessment
Valid driver's license with a record acceptable to the organization's liability insurance provider
Must pass criminal background check and random drug screens
