New Heritage Recruiters is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for multiple full-time opportunities in Erie, PA. These positions offer competitive compensation with flexible shift-based scheduling and strong growth potential.

Location: Erie, Pennsylvania
Position: Emergency Medicine Physician
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay rate: Hourly rates of approximately $180–$300+
Schedule: Shift based scheduling (including nights and weekends)
Multiple openings avaiable

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive emergency care for acute illnesses and injuries
Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
Accurately document patient encounters in the EMR
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

‍

Qualifications‍

MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABEM or AOBEM)
Active Pennsylvania medical license, or ability to obtain
Current BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications, or ability to obtain
Strong clinical skills in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
