About the Role

New Heritage Recruiters is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services to both adults and children in Parkersburg, West Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to join a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health care.

  • Pay rate: $110,000 per year
  • Schedule:  Flexible

Responsibilities

    • Conduct psychological evaluations, including clinical interviews and diagnostic assessments
    • Administer and interpret testing related to cognitive functioning, memory, attention, and behavioral health
    • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy including CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT
    • Prepare detailed evaluation reports and communicate findings clearly to clients and care teams
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and community partners
    • Provide crisis assessments and support for individuals in behavioral health crises
    • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards

    Qualifications‍

    • Master's or Doctoral Degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
    • Active Psychologist license in West Virginia
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in psychological testing and therapy
    • Experience working with both children and adults preferred
    • Proficiency with testing tools such as WISC, WAIS, MMPI-3, and Millon
    • Strong diagnostic, assessment, and report writing skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
