About the Role

New Heritage Recruiters is seeking an experienced ABA Program Director to lead the Applied Behavior Analysis program in Parkersburg, WV. In this role, you'll oversee a team of BCBAs and RBTs, guiding best practices and ensuring clinical operations, processes, and standards align with both organizational goals and industry excellence — all in service of delivering exceptional care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Location: Parkersburg, West Virginia
Position: ABA Program Director
Pay: $80,000/year
Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, normal business hours

Responsibilities

Oversee clinical operations, compliance, quality assurance, and data monitoring
Perform intakes and assessments, develop treatment plans, and train parents/caregivers
Supervise and support BCBAs and RBTs in meeting goals and productivity standards
Develop and execute long-range plans to support program growth
Onboard clinical staff in conjunction with Human Resources, including scheduling training and shadowing
Monitor and update policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to ensure compliance and accreditation standards
Facilitate communication between senior leadership and frontline staff
Manage program budget, ensuring expenses stay within budget and revenue meets expectations
Educate agency programs and community resources about the ABA program

Qualifications‍

Master's degree in a human services field
Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD)
BCBA certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Computer experience using a computerized medical record system
Must pass WVCARES background check, WVDHHR Abuse and Neglect Registry check, and post-offer drug screen
